The fan of my AC broke in the middle of the worst heat spell of the year. I contacted 4-5 repair shops.
This one had the most reviews and the highest share of positive reviews AND was the only one willing to send someone out the next day for a repair (mind you this was a holiday week with july 4 smack dab in the middle of the week). I called them on a Tuesday, the tech Vanik (who is actually an engineer by training and EXTREMELY
knowledgeable) showed up on a Wednesday, he diagnosed the problem, agreed the fan was the issue, explained why the fan motor had broken and what to do to prevent this, and he called his office and made sure they put in an order for a new part and promised to get it to me by Friday. Come Friday, he let me know that the part was in transit still and may not arrive till after the work day so even though they don't operate on weekends, Vanik made a special exception given the heat spell and showed up at 630am on Saturday morning to install the new fan. After about an hour or so things were done, he walked me through the process of maintenance, and he tested the fan and ac unit as well. My old fan must have been on its last legs for a while be the ac is now pumping harder than any time since I purchase my home and it's absolutely amazing ( used to not get much airflow on the second floor).
Vanik was super helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can count on these guys. Also the front desk lady Karen was very helpful providing me with multiple easy options for online payment. Highly recommended!
We reached out to Air Plus HVAC to inspect our centralized AC, which hasn't been working well over the past few years. Fully prepared for the possibility that we might need to replace the unit, Vanik from Air Plus HVAC was able to identify and fix the issues and suggested that we continue using our unit instead of replacing it, which would have been much more expensive. We appreciated his honest assessment. The AC is working well now!

The AirPlus HVAC team were commissioned to add a vent/duct to an over-the-range microwave in our new kitchen. The team was friendly and professional, from the folks I worked with over email to set up the appointment, to the technicians who performed the work at our home. I'd work with them again.
Great service and technician. Razmik showed up promptly. Diagnosed what was wrong. Ordered required equipment and resolved the issue fairly quickly. This has been the 3rd time he has been servicing properties I manage.
