Found Airplus online and called them to check-out my heating system at home. I never use the heating, but this year was a little chillier than others. I called them and was given an appointment over the phone. The next morning, Vanik showed up (right on time) and was so knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I was given a very reasonable estimate on the spot and went ahead and let Vanik get to work. The issue was quickly fixed. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.
After looking into the positives about air quality and control, I decided to call Air Plus to install an air filtration system in our home. Having kids that occasionally suffer from allergies really changed the way I viewed the germs and dust particles floating around in the air. Air Plus couldn't have offered us better service. They explained to us the benefits of the air filtration system, and since installing it, our kids have experienced less allergic reactions inside our home. It makes me so happy that there's an AC company out there that truly knows how to provide great customer service!
My husband and I decided to get rid of our old heating system and install radiant heating. We heard good things about it – it was noiseless, clean, and most importantly we didn't have to make any new space for it. Our friends told us about Air Plus, and we decided to try them out. Well, we were more than pleased by their professionalism and work ethic! They definitely knew what they were doing, and the prices were totally affordable! We're so glad we decided to go for radiant heating, especially since having children. Air Plus was great!
