Honest and efficient. I had an issue with my heater that caused intermittent heat issues, in fact, was hard to recreate when the technician was here so nothing could really be done. When the issue did come back, someone was able to make the proper adjustments. Following that, I began to have loud whirling sounds. Razmik came back and showed me it was just the hvac housing and a filter that was a bit too high grade so there wasn't enough air going to the hvac unit (mine is a combo unit on the roof). He said it could also cause the unit to overheat, which was good to know. Really straight forward, really honest, no extra costs involved other than my own need to replace the housing. I appreciate the no BS service and will use them again.
Pedro Zabala went above and beyond in repairing my heater. He even helped clean the heater. I highly recommend him!

I called Air Plus HVAC as we had a problem with our heating system . They sent over technician Razmik. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out fan in our air heater. That was why we smelled smoke in the house when we awoke. Razmik told us it would take a day or two to order the fan and he would do so. He followed up as he had said, and came over two days after the initial diagnosis to install the new fan.
All is working well. Razmik is quite personable and technically competent , and the cost from Air Plus HVAC was a good value.
Raz at Air Plus was the only technician of several that we interviewed, who even offered to repair our unit, rather than sell us a very costly new one - which likely wouldn't work as well as our current system in our old house.
After thorough diagnosis, Raz identified several safety issues where repairs prior to our ownership had bypassed safety sensors. He was able to repair the broken sensors, fix a leaky gas valve, and install a new blower motor all for a price that was a fraction of what it would've cost to install a new system.
Our heater is operating reliably and quietly now, and we are grateful for Raz's honesty , professionalism, and integrity. When it is time to replace our system, Air Plus will be the first company we call.

Working with Air Plus HVAC (they installed my heat pump) is one of the best contractor experiences I've had in YEARS.
