The AirPlus HVAC team were commissioned to add a vent/duct to an over-the-range microwave in our new kitchen. The team was friendly and professional, from the folks I worked with over email to set up the appointment, to the technicians who performed the work at our home. I'd work with them again.
Great service and technician. Razmik showed up promptly. Diagnosed what was wrong. Ordered required equipment and resolved the issue fairly quickly. This has been the 3rd time he has been servicing properties I manage. Great gentleman, the whole team (field techs, Randy and others in the office) at Air Plus HVAC have been extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. Thank you all.

The Air Plus team is awesome. I ask a lot of questions normally. They were patient and thoroughly answered them with grace. The staff is wonderful to work with. It feels like a very family friendly vibe. Their quotes were very reasonable and they share multiple options depending on what your needs are.
Our AC capacitor went out at night during the height of a heatwave and we reached out to a few different companies for repair. Darlene was the quickest to respond, lovely on the phone, and Vanik, the technician, arrived the following day. His assessment and repair were quick, cost was fair and reasonable. We'd definitely reach out to them again!

Very professional, courteous and efficient. Technician Raz was early and waited until exact appt time to knock. Answered all my questions and gave me a feeling of confidence and trust in his skill level. Will definitely call again for future service
