I had a great experience with a great company and crew on a rooftop home heat pump install - on the day it snowed on the Hollywood sign. The company staff is responsive, their onsite agent was highly knowledgeable and informative, and the crew a really competent and personable team. Brilliant work, guys. Highly recommended.

The tech came by on my first call and only needed to reset a switch. He informed us the switch would need to be replaced. When I called back to get the job done they made an appointment and arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. It took about 10 minutes and the job was done. Neat, clean and on time. I hope the repair went as well as the service. Thanks for a great job.

Air Plus has been nothing it a pleasure to work with! We have been a part of their annual maintenance service for about a year now and we are very pleased with the maintenance and quality of service. Informative, friendly, punctual, and I never feel as though I'm being upsold or pressured into spending more money. Max has been such a pleasure to work. Would definitely recommend their service.

We highly recommend Air Plus HVAC. We purchased a mid-century house with no ductwork, nor central AC unit. For aesthetic purposes they created a low-profile ductwork accommodating space for our new solar panels. After the work was completed, we found an issue with the AC unit that was no fault of them, they have been very responsive and fighting the good fight with the manufacturer on our behalf to get the issue resolved. We signed a 10 year contract for them to service our entire system.

Great service. I was given an appointment right away, the technician showed up right on time and was really helpful in diagnosing our problem.

I got two opinions on our AC blowing out hot air. I found out the other company either lied or misdiagnosed the problem and we would have had to pay thousands out of pocket. Instead Razmik, the technician here made a thorough investigation and performed more and various steps to address the issue and found out we only needed to buy a new thermostat. We bought a new thermostat and now the issue has been resolved. After Googling the Nest 3rd generation does have some issues with this. Now I am not going with any other HVAC company because this company acts with integrity and honesty or I can say at the very least the technician is competent and knows how to diagnose the issue.

Raz was a gentleman, he explained the problem so I could understand it. He took better care of my property than I do.
