Friendly, prompt, and genuinely knowledgeable, he took the time to ask all the right questions before even looking at our AC unit. He really listened, ran thorough diagnostics, and clearly walked us through what he found.
What I appreciated most was his honesty. He didn't try to upsell us or make the issue seem bigger than it was (something we've definitely experienced with other companies). Instead, he offered multiple solutions, explained each one clearly, and made sure we felt fully informed every step of the way.
