The experience was with Air Plus was great! We were able to get a same day appt. Raz showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed our unit.
Tadeh and his technician are extremely professional, they performed great service on my AC unit and I am very satisfy with Tadeh's services. I would highly recommend their services !

I am updating because Ted and his incredible team ended up replacing my entire AC/heater system. I live in a 1925 hillside house, not easy to access, and the system was over 20 years old and finally died. This amazing team replaced everything, pointed out many problem areas and improved the ducting system and the flow of air inside the house. Areas that never cooled are now cooling off beautifully. They also alerted me to a couple of hidden plumbing problems I never would have known about. You cannot go wrong with this honest, upfront and incredibly capable bunch of people. (Everyone is incredibly nice as well.)
Found these guys on internet everything said are true. They did a great job on my AC, easy to talk to...price is reasonable highly recommended and also Darlene very nice lady.
Wow wow... What an outstanding service from A to Z. This is the forth time that I've used Air Plus for my air conditioning. My air conditioning started blowing hot air on the hottest day of the week. I called Air Plus right away and the lady over the phone was very professional. They were booked all day but she asked me if I have small kids or elderly people at home and yes I told her we do, therefore; she was able to contact the owner Ted and scheduled me for sometime late that day. Ted came and checked our air conditioning and in short time was able to diagnose the problem and clearly explained me what was happening. I really like this company (specifically Ted) cause they talk very intelligently (later that day talking to Ted found out that he has Electrical bachelor degree...no Wonder...) and explain you exactly what's happening. They offer you multiple options with very fair and honest pricing.
Many years ago called different companies and got burned for either high pricing or misdiagnosing. Finally happy that found these guys, definitely would recommend them and will use them again and again
I will be looking at a total replacement of my HVAC system at some point sooner or later. I will absolutely be calling Ted when that day comes or if I need any other work done. He was completely up front and honest and charged a fair price for the work that he completed that day.
Our AC unit went out Sat night during one of the hottest days in summer and stopped blowing out cold air. I called Air Plus on Monday morning because Ted installed my new system initially about 5 years ago. when I Talked to Darlene and Taik, they told me that they are fully booked for Monday. I told them that I have a 5 month old and 3 year old in the house without AC. I have no idea how they pulled it out, Ted was able to dispatch amazing Merooj within 20 min to take care of this issue.
Merooj fixed my AC unit within 30 min and walked around the house to make sure cold air is blowing in every room.
Taik and Ted thank you so much for great customer service and saving my family in this heat.
