Pacific Palisades · New construction
Rebuilding in Pacific Palisades? Plan your HVAC with us.
We work with you, your architect and your builder on the heating and cooling for the new house, from the plans to handoff.
Many Pacific Palisades homes were lost in the Palisades Fire in January 2025. If you are rebuilding, bring us in while the plans are still on paper.
What we handle on a new home.
Sizing the system
We read your plans and how each room will be used, then size the equipment to match.
Designing the ducts
We lay out the ductwork around the framing and ceiling conditions.
Working with your builder
We plan around each stage of construction and coordinate with the other trades.

Our work in Pacific Palisades.
The AirPlus HVAC team were commissioned to add a vent/duct to an over-the-range microwave in our new kitchen. The team was friendly and professional, from the folks I worked with over email to set up the appointment, to the technicians who performed the work at our home. I’d work with them again.
