Information we collect

When you use a request form, a job application, the Schedule service button or the rebates guide, we receive what you type in:

  • Your name, phone number and ZIP code, and your email address when the form asks for one.
  • The details the form asks about, such as your system, your project, the company you work for, or your message.
  • In a job application, the position you want and the work experience and certifications you list.
  • In the rebates guide, the utility, equipment and system size you choose.

When you send a form we also keep your browser type and a coded version of your IP address. We use the code to limit spam and repeat submissions, and we do not store the IP address itself. Our hosting provider and the bot check can see your IP address while they deliver the page and check the form.

We count visits, pages viewed, phone-number clicks, Schedule service clicks and completed forms with Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. Google Analytics receives your IP address, browser details, the pages you view and the form's name when you send one. It never receives what you type into a form. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies.

If you book through Schedule service, ServiceTitan, the scheduling software we use, collects your booking details under its own privacy policy.

Use of your information

We use it to answer your request, send you a confirmation email, quote and schedule work, keep service records and block spam. A request form does not sign you up for a mailing list. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Service providers

These companies handle your information for us, and each receives only what it needs for its job:

  • Vercel hosts the website and runs visit counts.
  • Google provides Google Analytics, which counts visits and clicks on the website.
  • Neon stores form submissions in a database with restricted access.
  • Microsoft Teams notifies our staff of a new request.
  • Resend sends the confirmation email.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is filled in by a person.
  • ServiceTitan runs online scheduling.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) to tell one visit from another. We have turned off Google's advertising features in it, and this website sets no advertising cookies. Tools embedded in a page, such as the scheduler and the bot check, may set their own cookies to do their work.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, this website does not load Google Analytics. You can also block it with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to respond and to keep our service records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop calling or emailing you. We will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
