01Before and after
The same roof, before and after.
The older rooftop condensers, and the new ones installed on the same roof.

A retrofit keeps the ductwork and replaces the equipment, so the job costs less than a full system replacement. LADWP, Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena utilities pay rebates on qualifying equipment, which can lower what you pay for the project, and the new equipment costs less to run. We show what applies to your address before you approve the work.
Rebates are paid by the utility, not by Air Plus HVAC. Eligibility and amounts are set by each program, can change, and are not guaranteed.
